What does Golden Milk taste like?
Brothers' Golden Milk is smooth and delicious, with a warm and comforting flavor. You'll recognize many of the spices from similarly flavored beverages, such as Spiced Chai. Similarly, Golden Milk has a spicy and slightly sweet flavor, but it's noticeably fuller and more balanced thanks to the addition of organic coconut powder and coconut sugar.
Note: We strongly recommend preparing this with a milk alternative, such as hemp or oat milk (any milk will do, including animal or grass-fed milk). For a lighter preparation, you can prepare it with water, although we suggest adding some milk or a milk alternative if possible.

We've also added a potent dose of CBD, sourced from US-grown hemp that's been third-party lab-tested for purity.
When should I take CBD Golden Milk?
Golden Milk is caffeine-free, so you can enjoy it at any time of day. It also doesn't cause drowsiness or dizziness, so it can be incorporated into your morning routine.

How do you prepare CBD Golden Milk?
Heat 8 to 10 ounces of alternative milk (oat or hemp milk is recommended). Almond, soy, cashew, or other dairy milks work equally well. Bring to a simmer, but do not boil.
Pour the milk into a cup and remove approximately 1 tablespoon or 8 grams (a generous tablespoon). Stir well until the mixture is fully incorporated.
To improve CBD bioavailability, add about 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or butter. Add more to taste (according to taste or the amount of CBD).
The Brothers Apothecary uses only hemp with a THC content of less than 0.3% and licensed by the United States Department of Agriculture.
