Working synergistically, marjoram and blue chamomile also offer wellness benefits, reducing occasional aches and pains and easing daily mental stress. Bergamot, lavender, and ylang-ylang calm the mind and soothe the spirit.
Marjoram is a perennial herb with a sweet, pine- and citrus-like flavor. Its warm aroma can inspire relaxation and a sense of well-being.
Blue chamomile comes from the flowers of the German chamomile plant (Matricaria recutita), which contain a high level of azulene, an active compound in the plant that gives it its blue hue. It has a soft, sweet aroma. Blue chamomile can be used to inspire rest.
